Shipping & Delivery Policy

We ship PAN India.

• Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled.

• Standard shipping is charged at ₹50 across India.

• Orders are dispatched within 10-12 Business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

• If a customer requests early delivery, we'll make every effort to accommodate it, but it depends on our current workload and existing orders in hand.
• Delivery takes 2-3 days thereafter PAN India.
  

• Minor delays may occur during peak seasons or due to hand-printed product timelines. In such cases, the customer will be informed by our team.
  

• If an item is out of stock post-order, we may notify you and ship the remaining items with your consent.

Order Tracking & Courier Info

A tracking link is sent via Email/WhatsApp once your order is dispatched. Before dispatch, tracking may show as “not valid” or “not found” — the tracking is only visible once the product has been shipped. Delivery is attempted up to 3 times, and an active contact number is mandatory for OTP delivery.

Failed deliveries will be returned to origin (RTO), and re-shipping + RTO charges are payable by the customer.
