Returns & Exchanges Made Simple

We want you to love what you wear — but if something doesn’t work out for you, here’s how to return or exchange:

Returns

We offer store credit only – no cash refunds Store credit is sent by email after we check your returned item.

To return, you must send an email at gulaalabirclothing@gmail.com with order number within 3 days of delivery.

We arrange a pickup for returns/exchanges through our portal, with a small courier fee.

In rare cases where your area isn't serviceable by the courier company, you'll need to self-ship the product while the team will inform you of the same.

The item must be unused, unwashed, with tags and sent back in the original packaging.

Once we receive it, we’ll do a quick quality check (within 2–3 days, excluding Sundays/holidays).

If approved, we’ll send your store credit right after via Email.

Kindly check your Email Inbox or Spam for the same.

Exchanges (Size Only)

Exchanges are only for size changes in the same design.

Must be requested within 3 days of delivery by sending an email at gulaalabirclothing@gmail.com

In rare cases where your area isn't serviceable, you'll need to self-ship the product at your cost.

If your desired size isn’t available you will be informed, you can then wait till it is back in stock in some days or we’ll send store credit instead.

The colour of the garment on every device can differ slightly which is not in our hands. We are not responsible for that and will not accept order cancellation over such a reasoning.

All our products are hand-printed and there maybe a colour variation for the same reason which is beyond our control and the control of our artisans. In such cases we will not be able to help you out with the same.
